While working for the current show other thoughts and themes have emerged, almost as a response to my choice of leaving Sydney and long time friends.

The themes stem from my self imposed isolation, leading me to question my connectivity between people, feelings of emptiness, being alone, the meaning of family, relationships and the power of touch, a reaching into myself and others, a self examining of my situation.

These all combined in my constant search for new sculptural forms and means of expression, which is in the end, my art.
